Australian Capstone Challenge 2024 - NAB
In 2024, whilst undertaking a capstone course for creative advertising, I was placed in an interdisciplinary team of three others and were tasked to create a campaign for NAB in order to bring in more Generation Z customers. Luckily, my group was one of two that was selected to fly to Melbourne to compete in the challenge amongst six other teams from around Australia and New Zealand. Below you will find our Bid Book and our presentation. Whilst we didn't win, we were very lucky to have the opportunity to represent UniSC and network with other students and businesses such as oOH! Media.
For this project, I had the roles of market researcher and the visual creative designer in which I analysed and assessed our target market and other opportunities NAB could grasp onto as well as create all the visual media including the mock-up advertisements and overall aesthetic.

STEPS Grand Winter Ball
The STEPS Grand Winter Ball campaign was developed to raise awareness, drive ticket sales, and increase donations for the annual STEPS charity gala. Working with a real client, our team aimed to capture the event’s elegance while highlighting its deeper purpose of supporting people with disabilities through the STEPS Pathways College.
Our campaign centred on the theme “A Night to Change Lives”, blending sophistication with heartfelt storytelling. I contributed to the creative direction, concept development, and visual execution, crafting key campaign imagery, copy, and social media assets that reflected the balance of glamour and impact.
As part of the advertising team, I helped design cohesive collateral across digital and print touchpoints from event posters and digital banners to social media rollouts and a refreshed visual identity for the event. We also incorporated ambassador Chloé Hayden as a key voice in the campaign to deepen emotional resonance and engagement.
This project strengthened my ability to translate strategy into design, collaborate under professional deadlines, and build campaigns that connect audiences to purpose-driven causes through compelling visual storytelling. Please watch the presentation below.
